Bastion Surgical supplies orthopedic surgical instruments and patient positioning systems to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, VA medical centers and government buyers. Our line covers bone preparation and resection, retraction and OR accessories, and patient positioning for hip and knee procedures.

• Patient positioning: the knee positioner and lateral hip peg board systems, with every component sold individually.
