Shipping policy

Freight terms

Orders ship FOB Origin, Evart, Michigan. Freight is billed one of two ways, chosen in your cart or set on your account:

• Your carrier account: we ship on your UPS or FedEx account number. No freight is added to your invoice.
• Prepay and add: we ship and add the actual freight cost to your invoice.

Freight shows as $0 at checkout because it's billed separately. For card orders shipped prepay-and-add, we'll send a payment request for the freight after the order ships.

Service levels

Ground is standard. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available on request; choose the service level in your cart or note it on your PO.

Processing and backorders

We confirm the expected ship date when we acknowledge your order. If an item is backordered, we'll contact you with an expected ship date before it ships, and you can change or cancel the backordered line at no charge.

Title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the shipment is handed to the carrier. Inspect deliveries on receipt and report shortages or damage within 5 business days.
