Returns

Unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. A $50 restocking fee applies to each accepted return, except damaged, defective or incorrect shipments (see below).

1. Call (231) 303-3675 or email orders@bastionsurgical.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number can't be accepted.
2. Ship the product back with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
3. Once received and inspected, we issue a credit to your account or original payment method.

Not returnable

• Products that have been opened, used, reprocessed or sterilized
• Special-order or modified items

Damaged, defective or incorrect shipments

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or credit and cover the return freight.
