Documentation on request

• Instructions for use (IFU), including cleaning and sterilization guidance
• Product specifications and materials information
• Supplier documentation for vendor credentialing (W-9 and similar)

Reporting a product concern

If an instrument doesn't perform as expected, call (231) 303-3675 or email orders@bastionsurgical.com with the catalog number, lot number and a description of the issue. We respond to every report.
